Terms and related services
Call Out Fee + Services Ordered = Price
A Call Out fee of $75 is applicable to all site visits except those listed below:
• $55 Call Out fee for properties within 10 km of Lake Cathie ($20 Discount).
• Properties in excess of 25 km from Lake Cathie may be charged tolls or a per kilometer rate. Contact me for details. • The Call Out fee is applied each time the site is visited.
• If I required to pick up and return the key to the Agency there is a $20 fee. This fee is dependent on the Agency location being no further than 5 Kilometres from the property. Longer distance may be charged more.
• If paid car parking is required this cost will be passed on to the customer. Provide Visitor Parking where possible.
• Multiple services can be booked per Call Out. Schedule permitting. •
If I can’t perform all the services ordered at the scheduled time, an additional Call Out may be required incurring an additional Call Out fee.
•Photos and Video delivered 2 working days after the date of the shoot.
•All prices include GST.
